Born in Queens, NY his family moved down south from NY to the DC metro area in the early 80's.
Growing up, Tarik da Freak traveled yearly with Scientifik back and forth to NY for holidays, vacations, and summers. Freaky is no stranger to the music game, a veteran of the college radio scene at Old Dominion in Norfolk , VA he learned his craft of the one and two's and behind the board and put that work in as a radio personality as well. His most recent spin around the music world was with MDM Entertaintment as it's CEO. He brings mad talent to the table and is a true go-getter!
