We're always looking for new talent and fresh lifeblood for Hoodsheep Productions. We feel we've done a good job gettin our movement out there and going. However, we also understand that in order to build and further that movement, we need the best and the brightest individuals on our squad.
At Hoodsheep, we take pride in our work, as well as our work ethic. Do we work hard? YES!!! Do we, as a team, have work to do getting our name out there and in the mouth of the masses? YES!!!. Major Duties: Scouting out talent (Singers, songwriters, MC's, DJ's Directors, etc...) for the label, overseeing artist, an/or current talent, througout projects, scheduling recording sessions. The candidate should be very outgoing and love music. At the present moment, this position requires a minimum time commitment of 15 hours a week.

Exec. Director of Film/Video(One Vacancy) |
Good with a camera? Have hot ideas for videos or movies? We're lookin for you then.
Major Duties/Requirements: The Executive Director of Film & Video will work towards creating the conditions for making film and video productions. The person in this position will initiate, coordinate, supervise and control matters such as fundraising (when needed), hiring key personnel for projects, and arranging for distributors (as needed) for our media contenc. The Executive Director will be involved throughout all phases of the filmmaking process from development to completion of a project.

Graphic Design Director(one vacancy) |
The Director of Graphic Design is responsible for the visual look and feel for artist packaging, promotitional material (Flyers, stickers, etc...) and visual content for Hoodsheep Productions. Prior experience with these types of projects is a plus. However, if you have drive and good graphic design skills, please dont hesitate to apply.
Major Duties/Requirements: Must be creative, have a keen eye for aesthetics, create page layouts for albums and other products, as well as other artistic task assigned to him/her.

Street Team/Promotions Director (once Vacancy) |
This position is an often overlooked and under appreciated one. Gettin the product out there and creating buzz is very key and these individuals often got unoticed. Street team/Promotions will be a very important aspect of our company. This position is for a special type of individual who has the gift of gab. You know, the person around the way that knows everyyyyyyyyyyyybody.
Major Duties/Requirements: Must be able to work within deadlines. Must be a hard worker and have LOTS of energy!!! This individual will be responsible for building and overseeing a street team, as well as other promotional tasks assigned to them. This is not the position for anyone who dosn't like walking, standing for hours on end, or is affected by the hot or cold weather. This posistion doesn't always require long hours, but when theres work...THERES WORK.

The Street Team members are the bread and butter of any promotions department. To be blunt, THERE IS NOT BUZZ WITHOUT THE STREET TEAM!!!!
Major Duties/requirements:
- Bringing people to shows.
- Distributing giveaways (T-shirts, CD's, flyers, promo packs) to fans and potential customers.
- Phoning local radio stations to request label artists songs be played.
- Putting up promotional materials at shows and events.
